MOBPH (>18 ppt) Mobjack Bay Polyhaline

The MOBPH segment adjoins the YRKPH segment at the mouth of the York River. It extends from New Point Comfort in the north to Northend Point in the south. It includes the East, North, Ware, Severn, Poquoson, and Back Rivers, the Guinea Marshes, Goodwin Islands, and the mouth of the York. There is one continuous monitoring station in this segment located on the eastern side of the Goodwin Islands. Area: 132.32 square miles
