Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972 The complete legislation regarding United States coastal zone management. Included in the Act is the establishment of the National Estuarine Research Reserve System (NERRS). Also includes legislation through the amendment, the Coastal Zone Protection Act of 1996. An excellent resource for those studying legislation terminology and concision.
